बताया जाता है कि इस मुलाकात में एक राजनीतिक डील पर रजामंदी बनी है। यह रजामंदी मुख्य रूप से 6 बातों को लेकर है। एक, जल्द ही लोकसभा भंग करके चुनाव का ऐलान कर दिया जाएगा। दो, चुनाव के दौरान कांग्रेस और मोदी एक-दूसरे के खिलाफ कोई सख्त स्टैंड नहीं लेंगे। तीन, नतीजे आने के बाद कांग्रेस सरकार बनाने का दावा नहीं करेगी। चार, मोदी को पीएम बनाए जाने के लिए वह अपने असर का इस्तेमाल करेगी। पांच, सत्ता में आने के बाद मोदी राहुल को अपना कद बढ़ाने का मौका देंगे और उनसे इस तरह बर्ताव करेंगे जैसे वे भावी पीएम हों। छह, सरकार में युवा नेताओं को ही जगह दी जाएगी।

इस डील में मोदी और राहुल दोनों का फायदा है। मोदी को खतरा है कि बीजेपी में दूसरे नेता अपनी दावेदारी आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं। इसलिए अगर जल्दी चुनाव होंगे, विरोधी खेमे को मोर्चाबंदी का मौका नहीं मिलेगा। राहुल भी यह समझ रहे हैं मौजूदा हालात में यूपीए के लिए सरकार बनाना मुश्किल होगा। जिस रफ्तार से करप्शन के स्कैंडल सामने आ रहे हैं, उसे देखते हुए देरी घातक हो सकती है। उस पर अगर हमलावर मोदी पीएम बन गए तो बहुत मुश्किल हो जाएगी।

कांग्रेस से दोस्ती रखने वाले मोदी पीएम बनें और इस दौरान राहुल को अपोजिशन लीडर के तौर पर इमेज कमाने का मौका मिले, यह दोनों के लिए विन-विन सिचुएशन है।

कैसे मुमकिन हुई डील

When the Gujarat Governor appointed the Lokayukt forcefully, Gujarat Govt registered a case in the Supreme Court against the appointment of Lokayukt. Despite Supreme Court asking the Gujarat Govt to appoint Lokayukt, Govt referred this case further to a different bench in the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court denied even this. The Corruption of Modi is totally hidden just because of the fact tht he has been kept on avoiding the Lokayukt. Till date, despite Supreme Court’s orders, the appointment of Lokayukt has not been done.

2 of the BJP MLAs Maya Kodnani and Babu Bajrangi have been sentenced 28 years of jail for being involved in kiling of innocent ppl during the 2002 riots.

Both these MLAs carried out the riots in 2002, thn were given MLA seats by Mr. Modi and thn Maya Kodnani was given Ministry of Women Child Affairs. This shows BJP MLAs and Ministers were directly involved in the riots,

5) Many of the Children in Gujarat remain malnourished,
Modi gives childish and immature excuses like this,
“The middle-class is more beauty conscious than health conscious – that is a challenge. If a mother tells her daughter to have milk, they’ll have a fight. She’ll tell her mother, ‘I won’t drink milk. I’ll get fat’.”

Modi said this in his interview with Wall Street Journal.
Can we expect girls to be beauty conscious when they are malnourished and just dont get food to eat. How irresponsible is Modi in making such stupid and childish remarks ??

Some days back, BJP-Delhi's supremo, Mr. Vijay Goyal started crying while talking, to a media-person, about the rising electricity tariffs. He said that he is terrified to see the sufferings of the common people. But while shedding his crocodile tears, he did not answer one simple question, that why even after having full knowledge of the corruption in this power-tariff-hike process, BJP has not raised a single question about this, in the State-Legislative Assembly till date?
Why have not the BJPians shed a tear drop of their tears in the Assembly?

As more facts tumble out of Sri Lanka, it is increasingly clear to the whole world that a genocide took place in Sri Lanka during 2008-2009. The latest expose about what cannot but be construed as a cold blooded murder of a twelve year old child has added to the heart rending evidence on this issue. Indian government''s silence in the face of this mounting evidence is disappointing.
In fact, Sri Lanka appears to be expecting that India will help them escape International scrutiny when they face the world''s opposition at the UN Human Rights Council at Geneva on March 21st. It is sad and ironic that the biggest and the most stable democracy in the region has of late shown little commitment to democracy and human rights in its neighbourhood. It is shocking that parties that did not use their political clout to save the Sri Lankan Tamils when it mattered most are now shedding crocodile tears on this issue.
Aam Aadmi Party believes that protection of civil and human rights of Sri Lankan minority is not just a concern for Sri Lankan Tamils, or for that matter for Tamils all over the world. Such grave violations of human rights must concern every human being, including every Indian. We join the Tamil Nadu students in demanding that an independent and credible international human rights inquiry should be carried out on what happened to Tamils in Sri Lanka in 2009 and this should be categorized as genocide. We call upon the Government of India to support a resolution censuring Sri Lanka at the UNHRC meeting at Geneva. The resolution to the Sri Lankan situation must take into account and respect the political will of the Tamil minority.

आखिर किस से डरते है हमारे नेता?

जबकि देश मे आम जनता ख़ासकर, महिलाएँ रोज़ सुरक्षा के अभाव मे अनहोनी घटनाओं की शिकार हो रही है, ऐसे मे हमारे कई नेता ज़ेड प्लस सुरक्षा का आनंद उठा रहे हैं !! जहाँ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई मे सवाल उठाया था, की प्रधानमंत्री, ग्राह्मंत्री आदि संवैधानिक पदों को छोड़ दिया जाए तो अन्य नेताओं को सुरक्षा देने का कोई सवाल नही उठता, वहीं इस्पात मंत्री बेनी प्रसाद और बसपा सांसद बृजेश पाठक ज़ेड प्लस सुरक्षा को भोग रहे हैं !! बेनी प्रसाद का कहना है क़ी उन्हे धमकी भरे फ़ोन आते हैं, इसलिए उन्हे सुरक्षा लेनी पड़ती है !! उनसे जब पूछा गया की क्या किसी मंत्री के लिए ये सुरक्षा लेना उचित है, तो वो अपने छत्तीसगढ़ के दौरों का हवाला देने लग गये !! चिदंबरम के कार्यकाल के दौरान कई नेताओं की सुरक्षा हटाई गयी पर उसके जाते ही नेताओं ने जान के ख़तरे का हवाला देते हुए ज़ेड प्लस सुरक्षा की माँग कर दी है !! कुछ ने तो २ कदम आगे बढ़ कर मनपसंद अर्धसैनिक कमांडो की माँग की हैं !! ये नेता जनता की सेवा के लिए संसद गये और अब इन्हे अपनी जान जनता की सुरक्षा से ज़्यादा प्यारी है !!

पर हमे हमारी जान की परवाह नही !! देश की सेवा करने मे जान चली भी जाए, तो हम पीछे नही हटेंगे !! ना हम लाल बत्ती की गाड़ियों मे घूमेंगे, और ना ही कोई सुरक्षा लेंगे !! हमारा मानना है क़ी यदि आज नेता अपनी सुरक्षा का मोह छोड़ दें, तो जनता खुद सुरक्षित हो जाए !! पर क्या इतना बड़ा ज़िगर है इन नेताओं मे ? बताइए........

ये है नेताओ का दोहरा चरित्र:- आम आदमी पार्टी

कल भाजपा के कई नेताओं को टीवी पर रोबर्ट वाड्रा के घोटाले का खुलासा करने के लिए मीडिया का धन्यवाद देते हुआ सुना गया.

ये वही नेता हैं जो अरविन्द केजरीवाल द्वारा वाड्रा का खुलासा किये जाने पर चुप्पी साधे बैठे रहे और दिग्विजय सिंह इनकी चुप्पी का कारण कांग्रेस द्वारा रंजन भट्टाचार्य के खिलाफ कुछ ना बोलना बताकर अरविन्द को भी कुछ ना बोलने की नसीहत देते रहे.

लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तम्भ का हम भी सम्मान करते हैं पर राजनितिक पार्टियों का ये दोहरा चरित्र कब तक बर्दाश्त किया जायेगा?

राम सिंह की खुद ख़ुशी :- इन्साफ नही नाकामी!

कल रात तिहाड़ जेल में राम सिंह ने खुद को फांसी लगा ली!

वही राम सिंह जिसने अपने बाकी साथियों के साथ मिलकर दामिनी को ऐसी दुर्दांत यातनाएं दी थी कि इंसानियत ज़ार ज़ार रोई थी. उसी राम सिंह ने अपनी मर्ज़ी से अपने लिए एक आसान मौत चुन ली.

उसके जैसे कायर से यही उम्मीद की जा सकती थी. पर उसकी कायर मौत भी हमारे देश की व्यवस्था, कानून और सुरक्षा पर सवालिया निशाँ लगा गयी.

हमारी पहली हार थी जब दामिनी की बोटियों को राजधानी की सड़कों पर गिद्धों की तरह नोच गया, और पुलिस कुछ नही कर पायी. फिर इतने बड़े देश में हम उसे इलाज नही दे सके, और 80 किलोमीटर के सिंगापुर भेज दिया,वहां से भी उसकी लाश ही बच पायी ,जिसे आनन फानन में सरकारी तरीके से फूंक दिया गया !

हमारा कानून इतना लचर है कि कि अपराधी को वक़्त पर सजा नही देता और राम सिंह जैसे वहशी बलात्कारी बड़ी आसानी से मन मर्ज़ी का कुकृत्य करके मन मुताबिक़ सजा चुन लेते हैं. तिहाड़ जैसी बड़ी जेल में जब सुरक्षा का ये हाल है,तो बाकि जगह क्या उम्मीद की जा सकती है.

ये पहली घटना नही,इससे पहले भी शेयर दलाली मामले में हर्षद मेहता, गाज़ियाबाद का अस्थाना इन सबने यही आत्महत्या का रास्ता चुन कर केस
को कमज़ोर किया है.

आखिर कब हम इस देश में एक बेहतर कानून और पुख्ता व्यवस्था पायेंगे ?

मोदी के गुजरात का विकास एक नज़र में...

1. मानव विकास सूचकांक (HDI) मे 11th स्थान - सबसे पहले बात करते है 6 करोड़ गुजरातियों की | मानव विकास सूचकांक (HDI) मे शिक्षा, जीवन-स्तर, जन्म के समय जीवन-संभाव्यता, साक्षरता और जीवन की गुणवत्ता को सम्मिलित किया जाता है | इस सूचकांक के अनुसार गुजरात 0.527 अंक के साथ भारत के राज्यों मे 11वें स्थान पर है | केरल 0.790 अंक के साथ पहले और दिल्ली 0.470 अंक के साथ दूसरे स्थान पर है |


2. 55% महिलाएं अनिमिया की शिकार - गुजरात की पूरी आबादी के बाद 'आधी आबादी' की स्थिति देखते है | राज्य सभा मे पेश की गयी रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 55% महिलाएं अनिमिया (खून की कमी) की शिकार है | भारत का भी यही आकड़ा है |

3. 28% पुरुष सामान्य से कम वजन के - जब महिलाओं की स्थिति अच्छी ना हो तो पुरुषों की स्थिति भला कैसे अच्छी हो सकती है | गुजरात के 28.2% पुरुष सामान्य से कम वजन के है जबकि भारत के 28.1% | पूरे देश मे 17 राज्य इस मामले मे गुजरात से बेहतर है |

4. 41% बच्चे कुपोषण के शिकार - 'गुजरात के वर्तमान' की तरह 'गुजरात के भविष्य' की भी हालत संतोषजनक नही है | 41.1% गुजरात के बच्चे कुपोषण के शिकार है | भारत मे 40.4% बच्चे कुपोषण के शिकार है |

5. चिंताजनक लिंग-अनुपात - गुजरात का लिंग-अनुपात 918 है और 28 राज्यों और 7 केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों मे 24वी पोज़िशन पर है | इससे ज्यादा चिंताजनक यह है 2001 से 2011 के बीच 3 की कमी आती है जबकि पूरे भारत मे 7 (940-933) की वृद्धि हुई है |

6. जनसंख्या नियंत्रण मे 18th स्थान - गुजरात के विकास का ढिढोरा पीटने वाले कई बुद्धिजीवी (?) 'जनसंख्या वृद्धि' को भारत की प्रमुख समस्या बताते है और जनसंख्या वृद्धि के लिये अल्पसंख्यक मुसलमानों को जिम्मेदार ठहराते है | लेकिन शायद ही कभी गुजरात की जनसंख्या वृद्धि पर गौर किया होगा | भारत की जनसंख्या 2001-2011 के बीच 17.64% की दर से बढी है, लेकिन गुजरात की जनसंख्या वृद्धि भारत से ज्यादा 19.2% की दर से बढी है | गुजरात प्रजनन दर ( प्रति महिला से जन्मे बच्चो की संख्या ) 2.4 है और यह देश के औसत 2.5 से कुछ ही कम है | अगर राज्यों की बात करे तो गुजरात का स्थान 18वाँ है |

7. HIV जागरुकता मे 17th(पुरुष) और 23th(महिला) स्थान- जब कोई देश और राज्य प्रगति करता है तो निश्चित रूप से वहां की जनता जागरूक होती है | हाल-फिलहाल की बात करें तो HIV को लेकर पूरी दुनिया मे जागरुकता फैलाई जा रही है | गुजरात के पुरुष और महिला HIV जागरुकता के मामले मे क्रमश्: 17वे और 23वें स्थान पर है |

8. हजारों किसानों की आत्महत्या - अनुमानों के मुताबिक पिछले एक दशक में गुजरात में 16 हजार किसानों ने आत्महत्या की है।

9. प्रदूषण की समस्या - गुजरात भारत के सबसे प्रदूषित राज्यों मे है | गुजरात के हवा, पानी, मिट्टी मे पूरी तरह से ज़हर घुल चुका है |

हम राजनीति में आये तो सबसे ज्यादा जिन्हें धक्का पहुंचा वो शायद भाजपा
और उनके समर्थक थे !! हम कहते रहे कि पक्ष तो छोडो , अगर विपक्ष ही अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी भली भाँती निभा लेता ,और पक्ष को उसके हर गलत नीति और भ्रष्टाचार पर चौतरफा घेरता, तो बेचारा आम आदमी क्यों राजनीति की पेचीदगी में पड़ता !! 

पर जिन्हें नही मानना था,वो नही माने !!लेकिन आज जब खुद भाजपा के भीष्मपिता सच्चाई बोल गए, तो शायद भाजपा को भी
इसका एहसास हो जाए !! आडवाणी ने एक साक्षात्कार में कहा कि कांग्रेस
से तो लोगों का विश्वास उठ ही चुका है, लेकिन " भाजपा से भी जनता का
मोहभंग हो चुका है" !!आडवाणी ने माना कि कर्नाटक में भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दे पर आरोप झेल रहे येदुरप्पा पर निर्णय लेने में हुई देरी ने भाजपा की विश्वसनीयता को कम किया !!मतलब मान सकते हैं कि आम आदमी का राजनीति में आने का फैसला बिलकुल ठीक था,क्यूंकि अब तो खुद राजनीतिक दल मानने लगे हैं,कि जनता उनसे थक चुकी है!!

We kept on saying that leave alone the govt, even if the opposition kept its promise of scrutinizing every govt decision and hold it accountable for its misdeeds, the common man wouldn't be forced to get strangled into the complexities of politics. But they didn't listen to us.
And now today, when BJP's strong man said what was meant to be said way earlier, BJP should atleast realize now. He said that it is not only the Congress but people's faith in BJP has also deteriorated. He agreed that the decision to take action against Yedurappa was delayed and this further damaged their image. So, we all can conclude that Aam Aadmi's decision to join active politics was correct as politicians have themselves realized that people are now fed of them.

भाजपा के मध्यप्रदेश में भ्रष्टाचार की बीमारी

इस समय मप्र का स्वास्थ्य महकमा घोटालों का सबसे बड़ा अड्डा बन गया है. बीते नौ साल के दौरान इसी विभाग से 600 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की काली कमाई छापों में मिली है. अब तक पूर्व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अजय विश्नोई के अलावा एक स्वास्थ्य आयुक्त और तीन संचालकों पर आय से कई गुना अधिक संपत्ति पाए जाने का आरोप है. दरअसल घोटालों का यह सिलसिला 2005 में केंद्र के राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन के साथ ही शुरू हो गया था. इस कड़ी में सबसे पहले 2007 में तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य संचालक डॉ. योगीराज शर्मा और उनके करीबी बिजनेसमैन अशोक नंदा के 21 ठिकानों पर आयकर विभाग ने छापे मारे और गद्दों के अंदर से करोड़ों रुपये बरामद किए. इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य संचालक बने डॉ. अशोक शर्मा के ठिकानों पर 2008 और अमरनाथ मित्तल के ठिकानों पर आयकर छापे पड़े और इनके यहां भी लाखों की अवैध संपत्ति मिली.

2005 से अब तक स्वास्थ्य विभाग में घोटालों का लंबा पुलिंदा है जिसमें फिनाइल, ब्लीचिंग पाउडर से लेकर मच्छरदानी, ड्रग किट, कंप्यूटर और सर्जिकल उपकरण खरीद से जुड़े करोड़ों रुपये के काले कारनामे छिपे हैं. इसी कड़ी में केंद्र की दीनदयाल अंत्योदय उपचार योजना में विभाग के अधिकारियों ने मिलीभगत करके दवा-वितरण में लगभग 658 करोड़ रुपये का चूना लगाया है. नौकरशाही ने पूरी स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को इस हद तक बीमार बना दिया है कि अधिकारी ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त बनाने के लिए केंद्र से भेजे गए 725 करोड़ रुपये का फंड भी खर्च नहीं कर पा रहे हैं. दिलचस्प है कि मप्र में हर साल स्वास्थ्य के लिए आवंटित इस बजट के एक चौथाई हिस्से का उपयोग ही नहीं हो पा रहा है. भ्रष्टाचार की हालत यह है कि इस विभाग के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सबसे अधिक 42 प्रकरण लोकायुक्त में लंबित हैं.

दिल्ली में बिजली महंगी करने के लिए एक और बड़ा षड्यंत्र:-Arvind Kejriwal

दिल्ली में बिजली महंगी करने के लिए एक और बड़ा षड्यंत्र रचा जा रहा है !! मुख्यमंत्री शीला दिक्षित बिजली कम्पनियों के साथ मिलकर एक बार फिर दिल्ली के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं पर गाज गिराने की तैयारी कर रही है !! इसके लिए शीला दिक्षित,बिजली कंपनियों,DERC,और केंद्र सरकार के बीच बाकायदा मैच फिक्सिंग हो चुकी है !! माहौल बनाया जा रहा है कि दिल्ली में बिजली को लेकर त्राहि-त्राहि मचे और दिल्ली की परेशान जनता महंगी बिजली खरीदने को तैयार हो जाए !!

इस मैच फिक्सिंग को हाल की कई घटनाओं से समझा जा सकता है !! केंद्र सरकार ने मंगलवार रात से दिल्ली को 400 मेगावाट बिजली आपूर्ति रोक दी है , जिसकी वजह से पूर्वी और दक्षिणी दिल्ली में बिजली कटौती शुरू हो गयी है !! बताया जा रहा है कि दिल्ली की बिजली कंपनियों ने एनटीपीसी सहित कई बिजली उत्पादन कंपनियों को भुगतान नही किया है !! बिजली के निजीकरण के बाद से पिछले 11 साल में ऐसा पहली बार हुआ है !!

यह गर्मी से पहले दिल्ली में बिजली की त्राहि त्राहि मचाने के षड्यंत्र का ही हिस्सा है !! यह षड्यंत्र जनवरी में ही रच लिया गया था !! 1 फरवरी को DERC ने शीला दिक्षित को चिट्ठी लिखी कि बिजली कम्पनियों को 20,000 करोड़ रुपए का घाटा हुआ है !! DERC ने एक कदम आगे बढ़ते हुए शीला दिक्षित को समाधान भी सुझा दिया था कि केंद्र सरकार की फलां फलां योजना के तहत आप इन कम्पनियों के लिए मदद ले लीजिये !!षड्यंत्र का इशारा इसी से मिलता है !! शीला दिक्षित तो मानो इंतज़ार ही कर रही थी , वे अगले ही दिन केंद्र सरकार के पास पहुँच गयी !! केंद्र सरकार ने भी तुरंत इस पर प्रस्ताव मांग लिया !!

इसी कड़ी में DERC के चेयरमैन सुधाकर ने बिजली कम्पनियों को ऑडिट कमेटी बनाकर अपना ऑडिट करा लेने की सलाह दी है !! आश्चर्य की बात है, कि DERC या शीला दिक्षित सरकार इन कम्पनियों की सीएजी ऑडिट नही करा रहे हैं ! लेकिन अब इन्हें अपना अपना ऑडिटर खुद नियुक्त करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं !! सुधाकर साहब का तर्क यह है कि "यह ऑडिट केंद्र सरकार की योजनाओं से मिलने वाली मदद के लिए महत्वपूर्ण होगा "!!

सवाल यह उठता है कि सुधाकर साहब पहले से जानते हैं कि केंद्र सरकार बिजली कम्पनियों की मदद करने वाली है ? क्या उनका यह आदेश मैच फिक्सिंग का एक हिस्सा है? DERC का बिजली कम्पनियों को अपना ऑडिटर नियुक्त करने का आदेश , शीला दिक्षित को केंद्र सरकार से 20,000 करोड़ रुपए लेकर इन बिजली कम्पनियों को देने की सलाह ,और अब दिल्ली में बिजली की भारी कटौती , ये सब एक ही षड्यंत्र का हिस्सा है !! सरकारें मिलकर बिजली कम्पनियों को फायदा पहुँचाने के लिए जनता को ब्लैकमेल करने की तैयारी कर रही हैं !! सरकार अगर फर्जी घाटे को पूरा करने में मदद के बहाने इन कम्पनियों को 20,000 करोड़ रुपए की मदद देती है , तो इसका बोझ आखिरकार जनता पर ही पड़ेगा !! दिल्ली में लगभग 35 लाख बिजली कनेक्शन हैं , या तो इन 35 लाख घरों पर प्रति परिवार 5,000 रुपए का बोझ बढेगा या फिर सरकार को टैक्स बढ़ाना पड़ेगा !! दिल्ली की सरकार को तय करना है,इसे रोकने के लिए क्या किया जाए !!

प्रश्न:-Aap के बनने से बीजेपी के वोट काटेंगे और कांग्रेस को फायदा होगा

उत्तर:- वैसे इस प्रश्न के ३ भाग है, हम तीनो पर बात करेंगे.

१) कांग्रेस को फायदा होगा, अरविन्द जी कांग्रेस के एजेंट है (बोलने वाले पर हंसी आती है):- पिछले २ सालों के अन्दर कौन सी पार्टी देश में सबसे नफरत की जाने वाली पार्टी बन गयी है? "कांग्रेस".
और ये हुवा है अन्ना जी और अरविन्द जी के अनशन और खुलासों के कारण. बीजेपी ने ना तो आन्दोलन किया ना कुछ खुलासे ना वो कोर्ट गए. तो कांग्रेस को जो भरी नुकसान होने वाला है अगले चुनावों में वो अरविन्द जी की बदोलत ही है. नहीं तो अभी कांग्रेस वापस जीतने की इस्तिथि में होती और बीजेपी सोती रहती हमेशा की तरह.

२) बीजेपी के वोट काटेंगे:- वैसे ये वोट बीजेपी के कब से हो गए? वोट तो जनता के होते है और वो तय करती है किसे देना है किसे नहीं. वैसे वोट तो काटेंगे, पर वोट तो सारी पार्टियों के कटेगे. AAP को समर्थन जो लोग आज कर रहे है उन में से कई कांग्रेस समर्थक थे, तो कई बीजेपी, BSP, SP और अन्य पार्टियों के समर्थक थे.
बीजेपी के ये समर्थक तो इस तरह से बोल रहे है जैसे जनता के वोट पर इन का ही हक है बस, और ये लोग तय करेंगे की जनता कहाँ वोट देगी?? बीजेपी वालों की ये सोच इन की वोट बैंक की राजनीती की मानसिकता को दर्शाता है. इन के लिए आम आदमी बस एक वोट बैंक है, जो किसी भी तरह इन को मिलजाना चाहिए और अगर वो कहीं और अच्छी जगह जाये तो इन्हें परेशानी होती है.
अरे वोट लोगों का खुद का होता है और वो खुद अपनी समझ से अपने लिए जो सही होगा उस को वोट देंगे.
३) बीजेपी चुनाव हारेगी:- वो तो बिलकुल हारेगी, बीजेपी कांग्रेस भाई भाई है. क्या अंतर है दोनों में? तो जब एक बहतर विकल्प है जनता के पास तो जनता उस को ही चुनेगी. वैसे अभी हाल ही में बीजेपी २ राज्यों में चुनाव हारी और UP में कुछ खास नहीं कर पाई. इन तीनो राज्यों में न तो AAP ने चुनाव लड़ा न ही अरविन्द जी ने प्रचार किया, फिर क्यों हार गयी बीजेपी? "अपने बुरे कर्मो की वजह से ही शायद." जो भी इन्सान देश को भ्रस्टाचार, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, अपराध मुक्त देखना चाहता है और इस देश में एक अच्छी राजनीती चाहता है वो AAP को ही वोट देगा.
बीजेपी वालो ने सोचा था की अन्ना और अरविन्द के आन्दोलन से इन को बैठे बिठाए फायदा मिल्जेगा, और अब वैसा होते हुवे नहीं दिख रहा है तो ये रोने लगे है और "अरविन्द हाय हाय" चिल्ला रहे है बस.

५) झारखण्ड में बीजेपी ने शिबू सोरेन जैसे इन्सान की पार्टी से हाथ मिला कर सरकार बनाई. - बीजेपी समर्थक कहेंगे हमें "गर्व है".
६) UP में BSP ने जिस नेता को भ्रस्टाचार के आरोप लगनेपर बहार निकल दिया उस को बीजेपी ने अपने साथ तब मिलाया. - बीजेपी समर्थक कहेंगे हमें "गर्व है".
७) कर्नाटक में क्या किया बीजेपी की सरकार ने 5 सालोंमें ये सबको पता है. - बीजेपी समर्थक कहेंगे हमें"गर्व है".

क्रांतिकारियों की बलिवेदी जिससे गौरव पाती है

आज़ादी में उस शेखर को भी गाली दी जाती है


गाली की भी कोई सीमा है कोई मर्यादा है

ये घटना तो देश-द्रोह की परिभाषा से ज्यादा है

वोटों के लालच में शायद कोई कहीं नही बोला

लेकिन कोई ये न समझे कोई खून नही खोला

मेरी आँखों में पानी है सीने में चिंगारी है

राजनीति ने कुर्बानी के दिल पर ठोकर मारी है

सुनकर बलिदानी बेटों का धीरज डोल गया होगा

मंगल पांडे फिर शोणित की भाषा बोल गया होगा

सुनकर हिंद – महासागर की लहरें तड़प गई होंगी

शायद बिस्मिल की गजलों की बहरें तड़प गई होंगी

नीलगगन में कोई पुच्छल तारा टूट गया होगा

अशफाकउल्ला की आँखों में लावा फूट गया होगा

मातृभूमि पर मिटने वाला टोला भी रोया होगा

इन्कलाब का गीत बसंती चोला भी रोया होगा


चुपके-चुपके रोया होगा संगम-तीरथ का पानी

आँसू-आँसू रोयी होगी धरती की चूनर धानी

एक समंदर रोयी होगी भगतसिंह की कुर्बानी

क्या ये ही सुनने की खातिर फाँसी झूले सेनानी

जहाँ मरे आजाद पार्क के पत्ते खड़क गये होंगे

कहीं स्वर्ग में शेखर जी के बाजू फड़क गये होंगे

शायद पल दो पल को उनकी निद्रा भाग गयी होगी

फिर पिस्तौल उठा लेने की इच्छा जाग गयी होगी

शेखर महायज्ञ का नायक गौरव भारत भू का है

जिसका भारत की जनता से रिश्ता आज लहू का है

जिसके जीवन के दर्शन ने हिम्मत को परिभाषा दी

जिसने पिस्टल की गोली से इन्कलाब को भाषा दी



जिसकी यशगाथा भारत के घर-घर में नभचुम्बी है

जिसकी बेहद अल्प आयु भी कई युगों से लम्बी है

जब तक भारत की नदियों में कल-कल बहता पानी है

क्रांति ज्वाल के इतिहासों में शेखर अमर कहानी है

आजादी के कारण जो गोरों से बहुत लड़ी है जी

शेखर की पिस्तौल किसी तीरथ से बहुत बड़ी है जी

स्वर्ण जयंती वाला जो ये मंदिर खड़ा हुआ होगा

शेखर इसकी बुनियादों के नीचे गड़ा हुआ होगा

"आज वो काबिल हुए, जो कभी काबिल ना थे,

"आज वो काबिल हुए,
जो कभी काबिल ना थे,
और मंजिलें उनको मिली,
जो दौड़ में शामिल ना थे...."

दोस्तों, आज सत्ता के उच्चतम शिखर पर वो लोग विराजमान हैं जो भावशून्य, संवेदनहीन और निष्ठुर हो चुके हैं....उनकी नज़रों में आम आदमी की जिन्दगी, उसकी इज्ज़त, उसका वजूद, उसका दर्द, उसकी बेबसी, उसकी जद्दोजहद, उसकी इच्छाएं, उसके सपने, उसकी उम्मीदें कोई मायने नहीं रखती हैं....

ये मौजूदा व्यवस्था और इसे चलाने वाले हमारे प्रतिनिधियों की जमात वाकई में महात्मा गाँधी के तीन बंदरों (उसूलों) पर तो पूरी तरह खरी उतरती है ही , साथ ही साथ ये एक चौथे बन्दर की भांति भी हो गयी है जिसे यही नहीं पता कि उसे देश के लिए करना क्या है और किस दिशा में लेकर जाना है ??

क्या कहा था गाँधी जी ने- यही ना कि बुरा मत देखो, बुरा मत सुनो और बुरा मत कहो !!

इन भ्रष्ट नेताओं को कोई बुराई नज़र ही नहीं आती- ना भ्रष्टाचार नज़र आता है, ना रिश्वत, ना मंहगाई, ना आतंकवाद, ना बेरोज़गारी, ना बलात्कार, ना दंगे, ना टूटी सडकें, ना पॉवर-कट, ना पानी की समस्या, ना मिड डे मिल की लूट, ना डाक्टरों और दवाइयों से रिक्त अस्पताल, ना अध्यापकों से रिक्त स्कूल, ना सड़कों पर दहशत फैलाते गुंडे और ना ही खलनायकों की तरह बेबस, लाचार और निहत्थे शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन करते लोगों पर लाठी बरसाते पुलिस वाले....

और ना ही इन्हें सुनाई देती है इज्ज़त लुटी जा रही बच्चियों और औरतों की चीख, ना इलाज़ की कमी से मरे मरीज़ के परिवार वालों का क्रंदन, ना भूख से बिलबिलाते बच्चे, ना पति से मार खाती औरत का बिलखना, ना शहीदों की विधवाओं की कराह, ना दंगों में मारे गए लोगों के स्वजनों का विलाप, ना चुपचाप रोते असहाय बेरोजगार युवा और ना ही अदालतों में बरसों तक लटके केसों में उलझे लोगों का सिसकना... यहाँ तक सड़क पर अपना हक मांगने आई आवाम की आवाज़ भी नहीं सुनाई देती इन्हें...

और रही बात बुरा कहने की तो जिस किसी ने भी इस भ्रष्ट तन्त्र के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाई तो उस आवाज़ उठाने वाले को ही बुरा-भला कहा जाता रहा, उन्हें बदनाम किया जाता रहा, उन्हें सरकारी एजेंसियों से प्रताड़ित किया जाता रहा, उन्हें तोड़ने की कोशिश, पुलिस की लाठियां, उसके आसूं गैस के गोले, उनपर झूठे केस....देश की आवाज़ को उठाने वालों को ही गद्दार कहा जाता है और उन्हें देश के लिए खतरा बताया जाता है....

और तो और इन्हें पता ही नहीं कि इन्हें करना क्या है- इस देश को कैसे फिर से “सुजलाम, सुफलाम “ की और ले जाना है.. इन लोगों के पास कोई दूर-दृष्टि नहीं, कोई योजना नहीं, कोई बड़ा लक्ष्य नहीं...अगर कुछ है तो वो है कि किस तरह ज्यादा से ज्यादा धन लुट लिया जाये, कैसे सत्ता की ताक़त का रुआब दिखाया जाये और कैसे अपने परिवार का भला करते हुए अपनी सात सौ पीढ़ियों तक का उद्धार किया जाये....

तो क्यों झेल रहे हैं हम इन लोगों को- आखिर क्या मज़बूरी है कि फिर से इन्ही लोगों को चुन कर भेज देते हैं आप फिर से संसद और विधानसभाओं में अपना प्रतिनिधि बनाकर ???

क्या अब ये सब सड़ी -गली व्यवस्था बदलने का वक़्त नहीं आ गया है ?? क्या हम एक नए विकल्प "आम आदमी पार्टीयाँ" के आने बाद भी नहीं बदलेंगे ??

आखिर कब तक हम नाकाबिल लोगों को चुनते रहेंगे और गाते रहेंगे, दोहराते रहेंगे किसी कवि की इन पंक्तियों को साल –दर-साल, सदियों तक कि-

"आज वो काबिल हुए,
जो कभी काबिल ना थे,
और मंजिलें उनको मिली,
जो दौड़ में शामिल ना थे...."
