" नरेंद्र मोदी को PM बनवाएगी कांग्रेस":- 'आप तक न्यूज़'

 इंडियन पॉलिटिक्स में वह हो गया है, जिसकी उम्मीद किसी को नहीं थी- नरेंद्र मोदी और राहुल गांधी का अलायंस। कांग्रेस के अंदरूनी सूत्रों ने हमें बताया है कि गुजरात के चीफ मिनिस्टर और कांग्रेस के वाइस प्रेजिडेंट के बीच अगले जनरल इलेक्शन को लेकर एक डील हुई है, जिसकी जानकारी सीक्रेट रखी जाएगी। मोदी के एक करीबी ने भी नाम न छापने की शर्त पर इस खबर की पुष्टि की है।


अभी हाल में मोदी और राहुल एक बड़े कारोबारी के फार्महाउस पर मिले। यह कारोबारी गुजरात में काफी बड़ा निवेशक है और कांग्रेस से नजदीकी के लिए जाना जाता है। इस मुलाकात के वक्त वहां कुछ ही लोग मौजूद थे। बताते हैं कि मोदी और राहुल के बीच अलग से भी काफी देर तक बातचीत हुई। इस दौरान माहौल दोस्ताना था। दोनों नेताओं ने बड़े अदब से एक-दूसरे का स्वागत किया और विदा होते वक्त हाथ भी मिलाया।

बताया जाता है कि इस मुलाकात में एक राजनीतिक डील पर रजामंदी बनी है। यह रजामंदी मुख्य रूप से 6 बातों को लेकर है। एक, जल्द ही लोकसभा भंग करके चुनाव का ऐलान कर दिया जाएगा। दो, चुनाव के दौरान कांग्रेस और मोदी एक-दूसरे के खिलाफ कोई सख्त स्टैंड नहीं लेंगे। तीन, नतीजे आने के बाद कांग्रेस सरकार बनाने का दावा नहीं करेगी। चार, मोदी को पीएम बनाए जाने के लिए वह अपने असर का इस्तेमाल करेगी। पांच, सत्ता में आने के बाद मोदी राहुल को अपना कद बढ़ाने का मौका देंगे और उनसे इस तरह बर्ताव करेंगे जैसे वे भावी पीएम हों। छह, सरकार में युवा नेताओं को ही जगह दी जाएगी।

इस डील में मोदी और राहुल दोनों का फायदा है। मोदी को खतरा है कि बीजेपी में दूसरे नेता अपनी दावेदारी आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं। इसलिए अगर जल्दी चुनाव होंगे, विरोधी खेमे को मोर्चाबंदी का मौका नहीं मिलेगा। राहुल भी यह समझ रहे हैं मौजूदा हालात में यूपीए के लिए सरकार बनाना मुश्किल होगा। जिस रफ्तार से करप्शन के स्कैंडल सामने आ रहे हैं, उसे देखते हुए देरी घातक हो सकती है। उस पर अगर हमलावर मोदी पीएम बन गए तो बहुत मुश्किल हो जाएगी।

कांग्रेस से दोस्ती रखने वाले मोदी पीएम बनें और इस दौरान राहुल को अपोजिशन लीडर के तौर पर इमेज कमाने का मौका मिले, यह दोनों के लिए विन-विन सिचुएशन है।

कैसे मुमकिन हुई डील
मोदी और राहुल के बीच रेपो के पीछे एक पर्सनल वजह भी बताई जाती है। मोदी सिंगल हैं और राहुल भी। बताते हैं कि राहुल मोदी की इस बात से काफी प्रभावित हैं और हाल में खुद भी शादी को लेकर अनिच्छा जता चुके हैं। मुमकिन है कि अकेले में उनके बीच इस मसले पर बातचीत हुई हो और राहुल ने अकेले जिंदगी गुजारते हुए जनता की सेवा के गुर सीखे हों। मोदी भी एक युवा नेता के ऐसे ऊंचे विचारों की तारीफ किए बिना नहीं रह सके होंगे।

आम आदमी का संदेश शिला जी के नाम:- "शिला जी कब तो बहरी बनी रहोगी"

आदरणीय शिला जी,
                     इस मुर्ख आम आदमी ने कल भी आप से विनम निवेदन किया था की आप अरविन्द जी मांगो पर विचार करे और यथासम्भव उन मांगो पर कार्यवाही भी करे.. अरविन्द जी ने कोई आप से बहुत भरी भरकम मांग तो की नही है.. बस बिजली के बड़े हुए बिलों को कम करने की दरखास्त ही की है, पर शायद आप एक "आम आदमी" के सामने झुकता नही दिखना चाह रही है!

 आज होली का दिन है आप और आपका पूरा परिवार आज होली मना रहा होगा, क्या अरविन्द केजरीवाल का कोई परिवार नही है? क्या उन हजारो लोगो का कोई परिवार नही है जो आज भी अरविन्द जी के अनशन स्थल पर जुटे हुए है... आप कम से कम इस त्यौहार के  मौके पर कुछ तो कन्हे अरविन्द जी से उनके स्वास्थ्य में लगातार गिरवाट आ रही है.. और  जैसे जैसे उनके स्वास्थ्य में और अधिक गिरावट आती रहेगी, इस युवा का आपसे निवेदन और अधिक कडा होता रहेगा.. अब ऐसा तो है नही की आप बिजली के बिलों को कम नही करेंगी इस अनशन के बाद.. आपको तो करने होंगे ही क्युकी जितनी अधिक आप देर करेंगे ये आन्दोलन और अधिक उग्र रूप लेने लगेगा.. और इस से आपकी पार्टी और आपकी सरकार की छवि को भारी नुक्सान भी होगा!
पर आप भी अरविन्द जी के स्वास्थ्य में भयानक गिरावट का इन्तजार कर रही है शायद जिस से आप बिजली कम्पनियों को दिखा सके की इस कारण मुझे बिजली के बिल कम करने के लिए  मजबूर होना पड़ा..
मेने सुना है की आपकी पार्टी की केंद्र सरकार अम्बानी की दूकान है? अगर ये सच है तो क्या आप इन बिजली कम्पनियों की दूकान है जो आपको वो लोग नही दिख रहे जिन्होंने आपको दिल्ली की सत्ता तक पहुचाया और आपका ध्यान  सिर्फ और सिर्फ बिजली कम्पनियों को अधिक से अधिक फायदा पहुचाने पर ही है!

शिला जी चिंता ना करे.. कब तक इस "आम आदमी" की मांगो को इगनोर करोगे जनाब.. नवम्बर में दिल्ली विधान सभा चुनाव है कंही ऐसा ना हो ये आम आदमी सत्ता में आ जाए और फिर अपने लिए खुद कानून बनाये..अपने बिजली-पानी के बड़े हुए बिल खुद सस्ते करे.. आपने देखा ही होगा की कल दिल्ल्ली के लोगो ने बिजली के बिलों की होली जलाई.. अब इंतजार किस बात का है? आपकी सरकार की होली जलने का..
और ये आपको संदेश देने की सीरिज तब तक जारी रखी जायेगी जब तक की आप अरविन्दजी मांगे मान नही लेती...

Arvind Kejriwal’s health dips, spirit high

Arvind Kejriwal’s health dips, spirit high -- 1.86 lakh electricity consumers pledge to default!

Addressing the people on the fourth day of the satyagraha against unfair rate of water and electricity, Arvind Kejriwal said his health deteriorated since yesterday’s speech and, hence, he would speak less this time. Assuring the people at large, however, he proclaimed, "Sharir kamzor zaroor hai, magar hausle buland hain (I am only physically weak; my spirit has not dampened)."

In the evening, his Blood Pressure was 114/70, Pulse was 75 and Sugar was 85. He has lost 5 kg of body weight in the last four days, Kejriwal’s medical team informed.

By the end of Day 3, i.e. March 25th, 186697 satyagrahis had signed protest letters to Shiela Dikshit pledging that they would not pay the inflated bijli-pani bills.

Today, general secretary of Delhi Resident Welfare Association Federation — an association of 51 RWAs under its fold — DC Prajapati pledged the support of the outfit to the indefinite fast for people’s cause. He said he would be getting the protest letters addressed to Shiela Dikshit signed by people living in these areas.

As the day progresses, residents of Sunder Nagari would light a huge pyre of inflated bijli-pani bills at around 7pm. On stage, family members of one Rasida Begum, 64, who lives in a one room shanty in Inderlok with her handicapped son came to complain she has received an inflated bill of Rs 1,15,868. She has a question to ask Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit, "My handicapped son and I are unemployed. I paid Rs 15,000 last year after taking a loan. How can I pay this bill of over 1 lakh?"

Ram Kishori is a widow who lives in Dwarka Phase 3. She works as a domestic help to make her ends meet. She had received a bill of Rs 53,000. On non-payment of the bill, her supply of electricity to her house was disconnected. She asks, "I am a widow, how can I pay this bill with my meagre income?"

18-year old Neha''s father is a scrap dealer. He barely manages to feed six mouths with a measly income of Rs 5,000 a month. The family has received an electricity bill of about Rs 2,500. Neha asks, "If my father pays Rs 2,500 for electricity, what will our family eat; how will we study?"

Inviting all such victims of the Delhi Government-discoms nexus on stage or hearing patiently their tales of woes outside, AAP activist Manish Sisodia said that there were only two ways the ruling class ensures its rule lasts for ever: instilling fear and greed in the minds of the people; “greed in a few, and fear in most”. The need of the hour is to get over the fear of oppression by the ruling class, he said while informing the audience that the government, which has started feeling the heat of the movement, has started misusing the police to scare activists of the AAP. Posters, hoardings, banners and other publicity material of the party are being pulled down from across the city, and volunteers are being manhandled by the police, Sisodia informed.

आदरणीय शिला जी,
                        सर्वप्रथम तो आपको बिजली के इन दामो के लिए धन्यवाद.. दिल्ली का आम आदमी आपके द्वारा किये जा रहे आम आदमी पर इन उपकारों से बहुत खुश है!

और एक प्राथना और थी आप उपर की इन दो पंक्तियों को पड़कर व्यंग ना समझ ले और मेरे उपर मान हानि का मुकदमा ना ठोके क्रपा करके वरना मेरा तो कुछ नही देश को पता चल जायेगा की आप का मान कितना सा? है..
खेर मुद्दे पर आते है मेडम, आप पता ही होगा की श्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल बिजली के बड़े दामो के खिलाफ अनशन पर बैठे हुए है.. और आप उनके कितने भी दिन तक अनशन करने के बाद भी बिजली का दाम  ना  घटाने को मन बना चुकी है.. आप कम से कम ये तो बता ही दें की आप का दिल कब पिघलेगा उन झुगी झोपडी वालो पर जिनकी झुगी का बिल 67000 आ जाता है..
आप इतनी सीनियर लीडर है पिछले पन्द्रह सालो से देश की राजधानी सम्भाल रही है.. क्या आपाको कंही से भी लगता है उस झुगी में इतनी बिजली जल गई होगी?
शिला जी मैं आपके पोते की उम्र का हूँ इसीलिए आपसे विन्रम निवेदन कर रहा हूँ.. हाथ जोड़कर विनती कर रहा हूँ की ये बिजली मुद्दे पर जरा ध्यान दें और अरविन्द जी के साथ वार्ता करे..अगर आप एक आम आम आदमी की मांगे मान लेंगे तो आपका कोई सम्मान नही घट जायेगा मेडम..

हो सकता है आपकी भी कुछ मजबूरिय हो.. जिन बिजली कम्पनियों के वो बिल है आप उनके सामने नत मस्तक हो और शायद यही कम्पनिया आपको आगामी दिल्ली इलेक्शन में आर्थिक मदद कर रहे है.. और इसीलिए वो पैसा "आम आदमी" जेब से आप भी निकलने दे रही है..
खेर अभी तो अनशन शुरू हुए कुछ ही दिन हुए है.. देखते है आप कब तक नही पिघलती वरना हम तो रोज़ आपके इस व्यवहार पर प्रतिक्रिया देंगे ही..

और तब तक इस मुद्दे पर सोसल मिडिया में इस देश का युवा लिखता रहेगा जब तक आप अरविन्द जी की मांगे ना मान ले..
और हाँ मेडम कंही इस भूल में मत रहना की ये आन्दोलन तो सिर्फ दिल्ली तक ही सिमित रहेगा.. ये सोसल मिडिया का दौर है मेडम ऐसा ना हो आपके इस व्यवहार के कारण पुरे देश में आप अपनी पार्टी की छवि भी खराब कर बैठे.. क्युकी इस पोस्ट का लेखक भी दिल्ली का नही देहरादून का है :)

अरविन्द का अनशन और मिडिया का ये प्रदर्शन

मैं इस देश की मिडिया जिसे लोकतन्त्र का चौथा स्तम्भ मानते है, उस से साधारण से कुछ प्रश्न पूछ रहा हूँ?
१.क्या इस देश में बिजली -पानी से बड़ा मुद्दा संजय दत्त की जेल है?
२. क्या इस देश में बिजली-पानी से बड़ा मुद्दा सास-बहु-और साज़िश है?
३.क्या इस देश में बिजली- पानी से बड़ा मुदा मुशरफ की पाकिस्तान वापसी है?

कुछ तो कारण होंगे मिडिया के द्वारा बाई काट करने करने के ये आन्दोलन..
क्या ये अरविन्द भाई का आन्दोलन है?
या दिल्ल्ली की उन लोगो का आन्दोलन है जो बिजली के बड़े बिलों से परेशान है?
अब मिडिया के इस आन्दोलन का बाई काट करने के तिन ही कारण हो सकते है..
या सच में बिजली-पानी से बड़ा संजय दत्त,सास-बहु साजिसऔर मुशरफ है..
या बिजली के बड़े बिलों से मिडिया हॉउसेस को कोई परेशानी नही है..
और एक तीसरा कारण ये हो सकता है की देश का चौथा स्तम्भ अरविन्द केजरीवाल के अम्बानी पर किये खुलासे के बाद उनके आन्दोलन अब अपने चेनल पर नही दिखा सकता हो..

मुझे निजी रूप से ये तीसरा कारण ही लग रहा है मिडिया की बेरुखी का?
 वेसे मिडिया दिखाए तो भी अच्छा और नही दिखाए तो भी अच्छा..
पर दिनकर जी की वो पंक्तिया तो इस मिडिया के लिए कही ही जा सकती है..
"नही पाप का भागी केवल व्याध, जो तटस्थ है समय लिखेगा उनका भी अपराध.."

कंही ऐसा ना  हो की तुम्हारे माथे ये इल्जाम आये माँ कहे जब वक्त पड़ा तो बेटे काम ना  आये..
आज जब भारत माता को अपने सभी बेटो की आवश्यता है देश से भ्रष्टाचार मिटाने के लिए तो क्यों कुछ बेटे अभी भी निहायत ही निजी स्वार्थ का परिचय दे रहे है..
अरे माहराज कौन कह रहे है अरविन्द केजरीवाल की पार्टी का समर्थन करो?
पर जीस देश में मन्दिर-मस्जिद.. धर्म-मजहब..
मराठी-गेर मराठी जैसे आन्दोलन हुए..
उस देश में पहली बार कोई बिजली-पानी के मुद्दे पार आन्दोल्लं कर रहा है.. मिडिया से तो हम आशा ही कर सकते है की वो भी एक सामान्य देश के नागरिक के रूप में ही सही इस आन्दोलन का साथ दें..
क्युकी ये व्यक्ति का नही.. देश का आन्दोलन है..

1) People believe that if Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister and if BJP comes to power, India will become Corruption free.
But this is not true, The Truth is Narendra Modi Govt of Gujarat has not appointed Lokayukt for the past 8 years.

When the Gujarat Governor appointed the Lokayukt forcefully, Gujarat Govt registered a case in the Supreme Court against the appointment of Lokayukt. Despite Supreme Court asking the Gujarat Govt to appoint Lokayukt, Govt referred this case further to a different bench in the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court denied even this. The Corruption of Modi is totally hidden just because of the fact tht he has been kept on avoiding the Lokayukt. Till date, despite Supreme Court’s orders, the appointment of Lokayukt has not been done.

2) Amit Shah, the Former Home-Minister of Gujarat is allegedly involved in ordering Fake Encounters. Around 10 Police Officers of Gujarat are accused in this case and are in prison. 3) Everybody knows about the 2002 riots,
2 of the BJP MLAs Maya Kodnani and Babu Bajrangi have been sentenced 28 years of jail for being involved in kiling of innocent ppl during the 2002 riots.

Both these MLAs carried out the riots in 2002, thn were given MLA seats by Mr. Modi and thn Maya Kodnani was given Ministry of Women Child Affairs. This shows BJP MLAs and Ministers were directly involved in the riots,
So should the BJP be voted in power ??

4) This riots were the most shameful event in the History of Independent India and United States and UK are still denying visa for Narendra Modi.

5) Many of the Children in Gujarat remain malnourished,
Modi gives childish and immature excuses like this,
“The middle-class is more beauty conscious than health conscious – that is a challenge. If a mother tells her daughter to have milk, they’ll have a fight. She’ll tell her mother, ‘I won’t drink milk. I’ll get fat’.”

Modi said this in his interview with Wall Street Journal.
Can we expect girls to be beauty conscious when they are malnourished and just dont get food to eat. How irresponsible is Modi in making such stupid and childish remarks ??

7) RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat says that,
“Rapes happen in India, and not in Bharat”

He says that men in the family should go to work and women should sit at home and just carry out household activities. Should we support such a RSS led BJP in the 21st Century Modern India. How irresponsible is a man of the stature of RSS Chief on making such stupid remarks ??

I know Narendra Modi has made many flyovers in Gujarat, made good roads and provided electricity, But i really dont think he can make India crime free and corruption free. He has had nexus with the adanis and ambanis and the leaders he has in his party include many criminals and looters.

दिल्ली में बिजली-पानी के नाजायज़ रूप से बढ़े बिलों के खिलाफ, जनता को एकजुट करने के लिए असहयोग आन्दोलन और उपवास

बिजली और पानी के नाजायज़ बिलों से दिल्ली के आम आदमी की ज़िन्दगी हलकान है. यह बिल बढ़ने का एक ही कारण है – भ्रष्टाचार. दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित जी बिजली-पानी कंपनियों से मिली हुई हैं. वे जनता के हितों को बेचकर, बार बार बिजली पानी के दाम बढ़ा रही हैं. दूसरी तरफ भाजपा चुप है या फिर विरोध का नाटक करती है. आज यह सबको पता है कि २०१० में डीईआरसी के तत्कालीन चेयरमैन बरजिंदर सिंह ने बिजली के दाम कम करने का आदेश तैयार किया था, लेकिन शीला दीक्षित जी ने इसे रुकवा दिया था. उस आदेश की प्रति दो साल से दिल्ली के बीजेपी नेताओं के पास थी लेकिन उनके विधायकों ने दो साल में एक बार भी इसे विधानसभा में नहीं उठाया. आज वो चुनाव के पहले विरोध का नाटक कर रहे हैं. दोनों पार्टियां बिजली-पानी कंपनियों से मिली हुई हैं. शीला जी ने दिल्ली में बिजली के दाम और बढ़ाने का निर्णय कर लिया है. उनका कहना है कि बिजली कंपनियों को २० हज़ार करोड़ का घाटा हुआ है. दिल्ली में ३५ लाख बिजली कनेक्शन हैं, अगर यह २० हज़ार करोड़ रुपया लोगों से वसूला गया तो औसतन हर परिवार को ५०००/- रूपए महीना अतरिक्त देने पड़ेंगे. आने वाले कुछ महीनों में दिल्ली में नाटक खेला जाएगा कि डीईआरसी बिजली के दाम बढ़ाएगा, शीला दीक्षित चुनाव के पहले सब्सिडी देकर बिल कम करने का नाटक करेंगी, और भाजपा विरोध का नाटक करेगी. जनता पिसती रहेगी.

आज भी बहुत से लोगों तो ये महंगे बिल भरने के लिए क़र्ज़ लेना पड़ रहा है. एक आम आदमी भला कब तक क़र्ज़ लेकर इन बिलों को भर सकता है? यहीं पर हमें महात्मा गांधी का बताया रास्ता नज़र आता है. वे कहते थे कि – “जो अन्यायपूर्ण कानून हो, उसका पालन मत करो. उसके बदले में सरकार जो सज़ा दे तो वह भी भुगतने को तैयार रहो.”

गांधी जी के बताए रास्ते के मुताबिक़, लोगों को अपने बिजली पानी के नाजायज़ बिल देना बंद कर देना चाहिए. लोग बिजली पानी के बिलों से दुखी तो हैं, वह भी चाहते हैं कि बिल कम हों लेकिन अपने बिल रोकने का साहस नहीं कर पा रहे हैं. उन्हें डर लग रहा है कि बिल रोकने से अगर उनकी बिजली – पानी कट गई तो क्या होगा? गांधी जी के बताये असहयोग के रास्ते पर चलने में उन्हें डर लगता है कि अगर उनकी आवाज़ अकेली रह गई तो?

लोगों के अन्दर के इस डर को निकालने के लिए और उनकी आवाज़ को एक सुर में मिलाने के लिए अरविंद केजरीवाल २३ मार्च से उपवास शुरू कर रहे हैं ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग इन नाजायज़ बिलों के खिलाफ एकजुट होकर आवाज़ उठाएं. अगर बड़ी संख्या में दिल्ली के लोगों ने बिजली पानी के बिल भरने बंद कर दिए, तो बिजली कम्पनियों और सरकार की हिम्मत नहीं होगी कि उनके खिलाफ कनेक्शन काटने जैसी कार्रवाई कर सके. फिर भी अगर कुछ लोगों के बिजली पानी कनेक्शन कटते हैं तो हमारी जनता से अपील है वो उसे खुद ही जोड़ लें. अगर उनके खिलाफ केस बनाया जाता है तो डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं है. जब नवम्बर में आम आदमी की सरकार बनेगी तो इस किस्म के सारे केस वापस ले लिए जायेंगे.

२३ मार्च से अरविन्द केजरीवाल सुन्दर नगरी (F-1/45, गगन सिनेमा हॉल के सामने, एसडीएम ऑफिस के पास, शनि बाज़ार, सुंदर नगरी, नन्द नगरी दिल्ली-९३) में एक घर में उपवास पर बैठेंगे लेकिन पूरी दिल्ली में सभी नगर निगम वार्ड्स में स्थानीय साथी अपने अपने इलाके में धरना देंगे और घर घर जाकर इस मुद्दे पर लोगों से बात करेंगे और उन्हें इस असहयोग आन्दोलन में शामिल होने की अपील करेंगे. इसके तहत दिल्ली के आम नागरिकों से मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित के नाम एक चिट्ठी भी हस्ताक्षर कराई जायेगी.
 

Aam Aadmi Party is now a Registered Political Party

Aam Aadmi Party got its registration from the Election Commission of India today. The Election Commission has issued a registration letter stating that "... has registered the Aam Aadmi Party as political party under section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 on and with effect from 21/03/2013.."

This takes us one step closer to our dream of Swaraj, of delivering governance right into the hands of the people. As it is known that the nascent movement shook the foundations of corruption in India within months of its launch. Then on 2nd October these freedom fighters, all common citizens of India, took a vow to rescue democracy from the clutches of corrupt politicians by entering electoral politics themselves.

The party has not yet been issued any exclusive symbol; As per the rules and regulations the symbol will be allotted right before the notifications of contesting an election.

The application of registration was filed on 3rd December 2012. Objections were invited from the public and the Election Commission received some objections regarding the names in response to the public notices published in newspapers. The commission found the objections unsuitable after hearing the clarifications/replies submitted by Aam Aadmi Party representative on 13 February 2013.

However, while issuing the registration certificate the Election Commission has directed the party not to use the National Emblem, Ashoka Chakra or any part in their letterhead or any other party materials in view of the provisions of the Emblems and Names (prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.. The party has accepted this direction.

Some days back, BJP-Delhi's supremo, Mr. Vijay Goyal started crying while talking, to a media-person, about the rising electricity tariffs. He said that he is terrified to see the sufferings of the common people. But while shedding his crocodile tears, he did not answer one simple question, that why even after having full knowledge of the corruption in this power-tariff-hike process, BJP has not raised a single question about this, in the State-Legislative Assembly till date?
Why have not the BJPians shed a tear drop of their tears in the Assembly?
Anyways.

AAP statement on UNHCR meeting in Geneva

As more facts tumble out of Sri Lanka, it is increasingly clear to the whole world that a genocide took place in Sri Lanka during 2008-2009. The latest expose about what cannot but be construed as a cold blooded murder of a twelve year old child has added to the heart rending evidence on this issue. Indian government''s silence in the face of this mounting evidence is disappointing.
In fact, Sri Lanka appears to be expecting that India will help them escape International scrutiny when they face the world''s opposition at the UN Human Rights Council at Geneva on March 21st. It is sad and ironic that the biggest and the most stable democracy in the region has of late shown little commitment to democracy and human rights in its neighbourhood. It is shocking that parties that did not use their political clout to save the Sri Lankan Tamils when it mattered most are now shedding crocodile tears on this issue.
Aam Aadmi Party believes that protection of civil and human rights of Sri Lankan minority is not just a concern for Sri Lankan Tamils, or for that matter for Tamils all over the world. Such grave violations of human rights must concern every human being, including every Indian. We join the Tamil Nadu students in demanding that an independent and credible international human rights inquiry should be carried out on what happened to Tamils in Sri Lanka in 2009 and this should be categorized as genocide. We call upon the Government of India to support a resolution censuring Sri Lanka at the UNHRC meeting at Geneva. The resolution to the Sri Lankan situation must take into account and respect the political will of the Tamil minority.
Aam Aadmi Party calls upon all democratic Indians to join the Tamils in Sri Lanka, India and all over the world in condemning this genocide. It calls upon political parties to give up their indifference or double standards and join the people in voicing this matter in the global arena. It also calls upon the citizens of Tamil Nadu to exercise restrain and not allow any harm to innocent citizens of Sri Lanka in India.

भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दे से आखँ चुराने वाले सभी पक्ष सत्ता में आने के लिए अब हिन्दू-मुस्लिम कलह पर राजनीति करना चाहते हैं! जैसे की हमारे देश के तथाकथित विपक्ष के पास अब भूख-भ्रष्टाचार जैसा कोई मुद्दा ही नहीं रह गया हो सिवाय हिन्दू-मुस्लिम राजनीति के!

हाल ही में RSS ने भाजपा को सलाह दी कि धार्मिक मुद्दों को बीच में लाया जाए| सपा यूपी में मस्जिद के नाम पर और भाजपा राम के नाम पर सत्ता की भीख मांगती है|

एक उम्मीद उत्तर प्रदेश के लोगों ने लगा ली थी जब एक साल पहले अखिलेश यादव मुख्यमंत्री बने| पर नतीजा वही, ढाक के तीन पात निकला| भ्रष्टाचार तो अखिलेश सरकार छुपा कर गयी, पर भयमुक्त शासन का सपना, सपना ही रह गया|

महज़ एक साल मे 15 मार्च 2012 से 31 दिसंबर 2012 के बीच राज्य ने 27 दंगो का मुह देखा! इन सबमे कोसिकलां , बरेली, और फ़ैज़ाबाद के दंगे काफ़ी भयानक थे, जिनमे जान माल का काफ़ी नुकसान हुआ|

What can we expect from a parliament which has 163 criminal politicians, with cases of rape, sexual harassment and molestation on them? The Idea that they will strengthen the law that could get them caught is laughable.
One of the recommendations given by the Justice Verma report to strengthen anti rape bill ,was that politicians with criminal cases on them should not be allowed to contest elections .This recommendations was not even put up for discussion by our government. Happy Birthday Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan:- AAP

Sandeep Unnikrishnan (15 March 1977 – 28 November 2008) was a Major in the Indian Army serving in the elite Special Action Group of the National Security Guards (NSG), was killed in action while fighting terrorists in the November 2008 Mumbai attacks.
Though he was honored with an Ashoka Chakra, the state and central government's insensitivity towards the martyr's family is very disturbing. It was shocking to see that no one from the Kerala
Government was present at the hero's funeral and later when Sandeep's father expressed anger over the issue, the CM of Kerala remarked that "had it not been for Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, not even a dog would have visited his parents"!
Recently, in Feb 2011, his uncle who was deeply hurt by the way the government had been treating Sandeep's family, killed himself by self immolation, right outside Gate No. 4 of the Parliament House!

हाल में ही फरवरी , 2011 में संदीप के परिवार के साथ सरकार के रवैये से दुखी होकर संदीप के चाचा ने संसद के गेट नम्बर 4 के सामने आत्मदाह कर लिया था.

It was not surprising to find that most of the contracts for these barrages were given to those close to the new Maratha strongman -- Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar -- who held the irrigation ministry for 14 years.

Meanwhile, AAP Maharashtra has set a target to collect 15 Lakh KG grain from public to distribute it in drought area.
