It is not only our right but even our duty to stop the government from becoming dictatorial. Democracy doesn't mean that we suffer at the hands of the govt. by being mute spectators but it is to raise voice against the injustice.

'इन्दम
राष्ट्राय, इन्दम न मम', सब कुछ राष्ट्र का है, हमारा राष्ट्र के बिना कोई
अस्तित्व नहीं है। 23 मार्च 1931 को अपने प्राण अर्पित करने वाले तीन
भारतीय रत्न भगत सिंह, सुखदेव, राजगुरु थे। चंद्रशेखर आजाद प्रजातांत्रिक
हिन्दुस्तान सेना के संचालक थे। क्रांतिकारियों के डर से अंग्रेज सरकार की
नींद उड़ गई। अंग्रेज सरकार पकड़ने के लिए जगह-जगह छापे मार रही थी। कोई पकड़
में नहीं आ रहा था। भरसक यत्न करने पर चंद्रशेखर आजाद को चारों ओर से
घेर लिया। फिर भी पुलिस के हाथ नहीं आए। वह अपने आप पर गोली चला कर वीर गति को प्राप्त हुए।
20 अक्तूबर 1928 को लाहौर आने पर साइमन कमीशन का जोरदार विरोध हुआ। लाला लाजपत राय पर लाठियां बरसने के कारण 17 नवंबर 1928 को मृत्यु हो गई। सुखदेव ने जिम्मेवार पुलिस अधीक्षक स्टाक को मारने की योजना बनाई, परंतु उस दिन स्टाक कार्यालय में न होने पर उपस्थित उपाधीक्षक सांडर्स ही गोलियों का शिकार हो गया। भगत सिंह, राज गुरु पकड़े गए। उनका साथी जय गोपाल पुलिस का मुखविर हो गया। इसलिए फांसी होना निश्चित था।
8 अप्रैल 1929 को केंद्रीय विधानसभा में बम फेंक कर भगत सिंह ने लोगों को संबोधित किया कि 'हम मारने नहीं आए हैं, केवल स्वतंत्रता के लिए राष्ट्र की परिस्थितियां दर्ज कराने आए हैं।' बम कांड के मुकदमे में सजा व सांडर्स की हत्या पर भगत सिंह, राज गुरु व सुखदेव को फांसी हुई। 23 मार्च 1931 को फांसी के पश्चात उनके शरीरों को सतलुज के किनारे जला दिया गया। घर वालों को मृतक शरीर भी नसीब नहीं हुए। फांसी पर चढ़ते हुए यही आवाज निकल रही थी 'इंक्लाब जिंदाबाद।' जेल में लिखी हुई पंक्तियां हमें भी प्रेरणा देती रहेंगी।

दिल्ली में बिजली-पानी के नाजायज़ रूप से बढ़े बिलों के खिलाफ, जनता को एकजुट करने के लिए असहयोग आन्दोलन और उपवास
बिजली और पानी के नाजायज़ बिलों से दिल्ली के आम आदमी की ज़िन्दगी हलकान है. यह बिल बढ़ने का एक ही कारण है – भ्रष्टाचार. दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित जी बिजली-पानी कंपनियों से मिली हुई हैं. वे जनता के हितों को बेचकर, बार बार बिजली पानी के दाम बढ़ा रही हैं. दूसरी तरफ भाजपा चुप है या फिर विरोध का नाटक करती है. आज यह सबको पता है कि २०१० में डीईआरसी के तत्कालीन चेयरमैन बरजिंदर सिंह ने बिजली के दाम कम करने का आदेश तैयार किया था, लेकिन शीला दीक्षित जी ने इसे रुकवा दिया था. उस आदेश की प्रति दो साल से दिल्ली के बीजेपी नेताओं के पास थी लेकिन उनके विधायकों ने दो साल में एक बार भी इसे विधानसभा में नहीं उठाया. आज वो चुनाव के पहले विरोध का नाटक कर रहे हैं. दोनों पार्टियां बिजली-पानी कंपनियों से मिली हुई हैं. शीला जी ने दिल्ली में बिजली के दाम और बढ़ाने का निर्णय कर लिया है. उनका कहना है कि बिजली कंपनियों को २० हज़ार करोड़ का घाटा हुआ है. दिल्ली में ३५ लाख बिजली कनेक्शन हैं, अगर यह २० हज़ार करोड़ रुपया लोगों से वसूला गया तो औसतन हर परिवार को ५०००/- रूपए महीना अतरिक्त देने पड़ेंगे. आने वाले कुछ महीनों में दिल्ली में नाटक खेला जाएगा कि डीईआरसी बिजली के दाम बढ़ाएगा, शीला दीक्षित चुनाव के पहले सब्सिडी देकर बिल कम करने का नाटक करेंगी, और भाजपा विरोध का नाटक करेगी. जनता पिसती रहेगी.
आज भी बहुत से लोगों तो ये महंगे बिल भरने के लिए क़र्ज़ लेना पड़ रहा है. एक आम आदमी भला कब तक क़र्ज़ लेकर इन बिलों को भर सकता है? यहीं पर हमें महात्मा गांधी का बताया रास्ता नज़र आता है. वे कहते थे कि – “जो अन्यायपूर्ण कानून हो, उसका पालन मत करो. उसके बदले में सरकार जो सज़ा दे तो वह भी भुगतने को तैयार रहो.”
गांधी जी के बताए रास्ते के मुताबिक़, लोगों को अपने बिजली पानी के नाजायज़ बिल देना बंद कर देना चाहिए. लोग बिजली पानी के बिलों से दुखी तो हैं, वह भी चाहते हैं कि बिल कम हों लेकिन अपने बिल रोकने का साहस नहीं कर पा रहे हैं. उन्हें डर लग रहा है कि बिल रोकने से अगर उनकी बिजली – पानी कट गई तो क्या होगा? गांधी जी के बताये असहयोग के रास्ते पर चलने में उन्हें डर लगता है कि अगर उनकी आवाज़ अकेली रह गई तो?
लोगों के अन्दर के इस डर को निकालने के लिए और उनकी आवाज़ को एक सुर में मिलाने के लिए अरविंद केजरीवाल २३ मार्च से उपवास शुरू कर रहे हैं ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग इन नाजायज़ बिलों के खिलाफ एकजुट होकर आवाज़ उठाएं. अगर बड़ी संख्या में दिल्ली के लोगों ने बिजली पानी के बिल भरने बंद कर दिए, तो बिजली कम्पनियों और सरकार की हिम्मत नहीं होगी कि उनके खिलाफ कनेक्शन काटने जैसी कार्रवाई कर सके. फिर भी अगर कुछ लोगों के बिजली पानी कनेक्शन कटते हैं तो हमारी जनता से अपील है वो उसे खुद ही जोड़ लें. अगर उनके खिलाफ केस बनाया जाता है तो डरने की ज़रूरत नहीं है. जब नवम्बर में आम आदमी की सरकार बनेगी तो इस किस्म के सारे केस वापस ले लिए जायेंगे.
२३ मार्च से अरविन्द केजरीवाल सुन्दर नगरी (F-1/45, गगन सिनेमा हॉल के सामने, एसडीएम ऑफिस के पास, शनि बाज़ार, सुंदर नगरी, नन्द नगरी दिल्ली-९३) में एक घर में उपवास पर बैठेंगे लेकिन पूरी दिल्ली में सभी नगर निगम वार्ड्स में स्थानीय साथी अपने अपने इलाके में धरना देंगे और घर घर जाकर इस मुद्दे पर लोगों से बात करेंगे और उन्हें इस असहयोग आन्दोलन में शामिल होने की अपील करेंगे. इसके तहत दिल्ली के आम नागरिकों से मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित के नाम एक चिट्ठी भी हस्ताक्षर कराई जायेगी.

Aam Aadmi Party is now a Registered Political Party
Aam Aadmi Party got its registration from the Election Commission of
India today. The Election Commission has issued a registration letter
stating that "... has registered the Aam Aadmi Party as political party under section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 on and with effect from 21/03/2013.."
This takes us one step closer to our dream of Swaraj, of delivering governance right into the hands of the people. As it is known that the nascent movement shook the foundations of corruption in India within months of its launch. Then on 2nd October these freedom fighters, all common citizens of India, took a vow to rescue democracy from the clutches of corrupt politicians by entering electoral politics themselves.
The party has not yet been issued any exclusive symbol; As per the rules and regulations the symbol will be allotted right before the notifications of contesting an election.
The application of registration was filed on 3rd December 2012. Objections were invited from the public and the Election Commission received some objections regarding the names in response to the public notices published in newspapers. The commission found the objections unsuitable after hearing the clarifications/replies submitted by Aam Aadmi Party representative on 13 February 2013.
However, while issuing the registration certificate the Election Commission has directed the party not to use the National Emblem, Ashoka Chakra or any part in their letterhead or any other party materials in view of the provisions of the Emblems and Names (prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.. The party has accepted this direction.

में बिजली का निजीकरण करते वक़्त शीला सरकार ने जनता से वादा किया था, की
बिजली की चोरी रुक जायेगी !! बिजली की चोरी रुक भी गई !! बिजली की चोरी
सिर्फ 15% रह गयी, पर क्या किसी का बिल सस्ता हुआ? नही !! बल्कि बिजली पानी
के दाम बढ़ गए !! दाम इसलिए कम नही हुए क्यूंकि शीला सरकार हमारी नही, इन
बिजली कम्पनियों की राजनीति कर रही है !! मेरे हिसाब से इस वक़्त दिल्ली में
बिजली पानी के दाम आधे होने चाहिए!! अभी कल ही मुझे 5,000 कमाने वाले
मजदूर मिला, उसका 3000 बिजली का बिल, 1,500 पानी का बिल
आता है !! वो बेचारा अपने घर को कैसे चलाएगा? दिल्ली में ऐसी ऐसी जगह है
जहाँ पर किसी प्लाट पर सिर्फ दीवार खड़ी हुई है, और वहां 26,000 बिल आ रहा
है !! लोग परेशान हैं, पर किसी में हिम्मत नही कि बिजली पानी के बिल न भरें
!!
23 मार्च से मैं उपवास पर बैठ रहा हूँ !! मैं आपके मन का यही डर निकालना चाहता हूँ !! इस दौरान कोई कार्यकर्ता मेरे पास नही रहेगा !! बल्कि सब दिल्ली के विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में जाकर लोगों से आश्वासन पत्र लेंगे !! आश्वासन पत्र जिसमे लोग मुझसे वादा करेंगे कि वो बिजली पानी के बिल नही भरेंगे !! जितने ज्यादा आप ये आश्वासन पत्र देंगे, उतनी जल्दी मेरा उपवास टूटेगा !! मैं अन्न त्याग रहा हूँ, आप भय त्याग दीजिये - "अरविन्द केजरीवाल"
In the year 2002, the Sheila Dixit government had promised the people that privatization of electricity would curb electricity-thefts, and so it did. The power-thefts are now limited to only 15%. But did the people of Delhi benefit from this? No. Moreover the electricity and water tariffs were hiked. The rates ever since have not gone down because the Sheila Govt. is not working for us, it works for these private companies. According to me, the current power/water tariffs should be half of what they are. Yesterday I met a laborer who earns Rs. 5,000. His electricity bill was Rs.3,000, and water bill was Rs.1,500! I wonder how he will run his household now...! There are a lot of places in Delhi were a barren plot with a mere boundary yields an electricity bill of Rs.26,000. People are extremely sick and tired of all this, but most of them don't have enough courage to stop paying these unjustified bills, they are afraid.
From 23rd March onwards, I will be sitting on a fast. This fast is to kill the same fear in your hearts. During this fast, none of the volunteers will be near me. Instead, all of them will go to several areas in Delhi and demand an 'Assurance Letter' from the people, saying that they will no longer pay these highly unjustified bills. I will fast until I receive a large number of such letters.

एक और नायक ने चुकाई विसिल ब्लोअर बनने की कीमत
एक लम्बे अरसे से हम संसद में विसल ब्लोअर सुरक्षा बिल पास कराने के लिए लड़ रहे हैं , पर कोई फायदा नही हुआ !!
एक और नायक को जान से हाथ धोना पड़ा !! 13 मार्च को इनकी हत्या हुई और अब तक कोई गिरफ्तारी नही हुई है !! क्या सांसद खुद इन नायकों की मौत चाहते हैं? अगर नही, तो अब तक बिल को क्यों नज़रंदाज़ किया गया ?

Another hero has been slaughtered...it has been a week since he was found dead on 13th March. Do the Parliamentarians want the activists dead? If not, why has the bill been ignored?
