The second hearing of case against Arvind
Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Prashant Bhushan, Kumar Vishwas and others for
breaking section 144 while protesting against Coal Scam in front of
residence of Prime Ministers, Sonia Gandhi and Nitin Gadkri has started.
In the first hearing they had refused to take bail and the judge had to let them go without taking a bail.
They are still adamant that they won't take bail. Our demand is that this false case should be withdrawn.

कोयला दलाली के खिलाफ प्रधानमंत्री,सोनिया और गडकरी के घर के बाहर प्रदर्शन करते वक़्त धारा 144 तोड़ने के आरोप में आज अरविन्द केजरीवाल, मनीष सिसोदिया, प्रशांत भूषण, कुमार विश्वास, आदि की पटियाला कोर्ट में 10 बजे से दूसरी सुनवाई शुरू हो गयी है!
इससे पहले अपनी पहली सुनवाई में इन सभी ने जमानत लेने से साफ़ मना कर दिया था, और असमंजस में पड़े जज को आखिरकार इन्हें बिना जमानत जाने देना पडा था!
जमानत अब भी नही ली जायेगी, पार्टी सदस्यों की सिर्फ एक ही शर्त है , कि केस को ख़त्म किया जाए|
